Alright folks,
Well here we are, 2nd week into January and for the most part still hitting the river fairly regularly. We were blessed with some decent weather the other day and it enabled us to go have some fun by the water. Myself and and excellent young man by the name of Levi went out for a few hours and got yet again an entire truck load of trash. Now it won’t seem like much from the pictures. For some reason I was preoccupied by good conversation and work to take pictures. I did however take one in the woods and one when we got home. After I had unloaded the entire truck full of black plastic at the recycling center in the landfill. So forgive me this time folks.
The weights did however suggest that we unloaded 180 pounds of black plastic, and I’d say a good 200 pounds of other rubbish bringing our grand total for the day to 380 pounds. Not the usuall 1,000 but in our defense the plastic takes up alot of room, and we had a really great time. So untill next time folks. This is your Captain speaking. Keep supporting your local river clean-up.
